If there are any parking fees, your driver will make you aware of this and will be payable directly to the driver upon completion of the job.

No, the ferry expenses are not included in the quote. If there are any ferry fees, you will reimburse the driver after the task is finished (keep in mind that the client is also responsible for paying the ferry fees for the return journey).

Yes, you are welcome to ride in the van for free. We only require you to state in your booking description. How many assistants you require and the kind of vehicle you choose will determine how many seats are available.

It is the customer’s duty to make sure that an adequate number of helpers are ordered. Please let our driver know if you need further assistance with the removal. He could have the means to finish the removal.

All our drivers are insured.

If, for some reason, our driver is late, you will be called and given an expected arrival time.

If something does get broken, which is very rare, please call us or email us.

Typically, our drivers do not object to carrying pets in our vehicle. Nevertheless, we highly advise informing us about this matter by including it in the description box on the Instant Quotes page.
